Monitoring -
We are currently experiencing an issue with our third-party video provider, Zoom, that is preventing some Outschool users from joining live classes.
This is related to an active Zoom outage affecting customers, including Outschool. Learners and educators may experience difficulty launching or joining Zoom classrooms from Outschool.
Our team is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we learn more from Zoom. If you are unable to access class due to this issue, please email support@outschool.com to receive a refund.
